This page is a snapshot of what I’m focused on right now.
It changes over time.

What I’m working on

Currently, I work with international teams where Jira plays a critical role in how work is planned, tracked, and understood.

Most of my time is spent helping teams with:

  • structuring Jira for clarity, not just compliance
  • designing workflows that survive real-world pressure
  • improving visibility without creating noise
  • supporting decision-making in complex, fast-moving environments
  • questioning “best practices” when they stop making sense

In many cases, Jira is already in place.
The challenge is not adoption — it’s alignment.

How AI fits into my work

I’m actively exploring how AI can support teams using Jira, especially around:

  • reducing manual coordination
  • improving signal quality from messy data
  • assisting with prioritization and triage
  • augmenting decision-making without removing accountability

I’m cautious by default.

AI works best as an amplifier of well-structured systems.
When the underlying structure is weak, it usually makes problems louder.

That tension is something I write and think about often.

How I engage

I usually work in contexts where:

  • teams are distributed
  • systems are already complex
  • mistakes have real cost
  • simple answers don’t hold for long

Engagements are typically:

  • long-term or ongoing
  • embedded within delivery or operations
  • focused on outcomes, not tooling for its own sake

I don’t take on high-volume, short-term work.

Getting in touch

If what I write resonates with how you see work and systems, feel free to reach out.

The easiest way to contact me is via email or LinkedIn.

I’m always open to thoughtful conversations, even when they don’t lead to immediate collaboration.
